It is a single-story design with a floating foundation, raised floor cooling, N+1 UPS systems, N+1 CRAC systems, two separate SDG&E power grids, multiple generators, the only colocation center in San Diego with CO2 + FM200 (water-free) fire supression, up to 300+ watts per square foot cooling, and a fully secured facility with 24/7 staffed NOC.
